My first radio credit

I had a sketch in this week's episode of Tilt. This is my first broadcast credit as a writer (I was a crew member and non-speaking actor on a short film that made it onto BBC3 in the wee small hours a couple of years ago).

Apart from the knowledge that at least one radio producer thinks I don't suck, I also get entry into the Writers' Guild of Great Britain. I might have been able to join on the strength of my stage credits, but now I'm in for sure. This also does not suck.

Mine was the Milli Vanilli musical. I heard it this morning; the studio audience laughed and everything.

I'm probably too late with this but if you wish to record it from the Listen Again you can do it using the free audio program Audacity:

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Set it to record "What u hear" in the dropdown menu, press record, begin the BBC's "play again" and you'll have it for posterity.

This message is from the guy with the red/blond hair and glasses who was, for two weeks, running the East London comedy group before having a nervous breakdown.

Well, I'm pleased for you. Actually, more bitter, furious and depressed than pleased. But pleased anyhow.

After I thought about it I considered my advice might be late coming. So for a short time I've stuck an mp3 of the show up at my website.

Obviously this isn't something the BBC will like much, so leave a comment at this post when you (and your readers) have grabbed it so I can take it down.

Of course, if you already have it recorded anyway, again, leave a comment, then I can take the thing down before I get molested:

Sorry for the late reply, my spam filter must be blocking the emails telling me I've got comments here.

How you keeping bodnotbod? Long time no see/hear/anything!
