Does anyone know anything more than what the Writersroom say? Is this scheme meant to develop into something akin to the Writers' Academy that offers full-time work for a year?

I don't think there's full-time pay or full-time training pay with it. I got the impression the mentoring is only now and then as opposed to a full-time course.
Could be wrong though.
